This is how collecting points works

- From this moment on, you will automatically receive reward points for every qualifying euro spent.
- Your points balance is displayed in real time on the “My account” page.
You can use as little as 1 collected point as a discount at your next checkout.
How many points do I get?
- 10 € value of goods* = 1 Reward Point
- Regular special promotions (e.g. “Double points at the weekend”) can increase the factor in the short term.
- Exclusive extra points for newsletter subscribers and social media challenges.
*The pure value of the goods is calculated excluding shipping costs and vouchers.
Use points - how it works
Place your desired products in the shopping cart.
Go to the checkout and select “Use Reward Points”.
Decide how many points you want to use.
The corresponding euro discount will be deducted immediately.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Q: Do my reward points expire?
A: No, points remain valid for 24 months after the collection year. After that, they expire on March 31 of the following year.
Q: When will my points be credited?
A: Immediately after your order has been shipped. In the case of returns, the corresponding number of points will be deducted again.
Q: Can I combine points with discount codes?
A: Yes, this is possible. The points discount will be applied after all vouchers have been deducted.
