Your item wasn't delivered?

If your item hasn’t been delivered, please first check the shipping information. Go to your list of recent purchases and select the relevant item to view the shipping details.

2. Inform the Seller About the Undelivered Item

If your item hasn’t arrived by the specified delivery date, please contact the seller directly.
You have 20 business days after the delivery date to inform the seller that your item hasn’t been delivered.

After your notification, the seller has 3 business days to provide updated delivery information or process a refund.

 

3. Inform Cannadusa About Issues With a Seller

If the seller does not respond to your inquiries, you can use the contact form to file a complaint. We will review the case and assist you further.
